My Services

 I have been providing bilingual consulting services mainly in Tokyo, Kanto region since 2022. Examples of the main services I provide include:

 For corporate clients, I have been providing back-office support mainly in Human Resources. Specializing in support for non-Japanese clients (Gaishikei-companies) and small to mid-sized Japanese companies.

 For individual clients, I have been providing assistance with official government and local authority paperwork and document submissions, searching for and securing apartments, translation services, tour guiding and coaching Japanese language study.

​

 I also support Japanese individuals as a translator, English language coach, and assisting in searching for schools for study abroad purposes.

About Me

 To briefly introduce myself, I am Satoshi “Johnny” Nakamura, from the western part of Japan near Kobe. I graduated from Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia.

​

 After graduation, I worked in 2 corporations in Tokyo across 13 years, one of which is a major General Construction company and an IT firm. I have extensive generalist experience in Human Resources and Back-Office administration, as well as procurement consultanting experience relating to the establishment of luxury hotels in Japan.

 Thanks to my international background and language capability I was fortunate enough to take part in  international business activities where I experienced and came to understand the cultural differences and nuances between Japan and the rest of the world. This includes individual and company values, mindset, and the approach to implementation.

 Therefore, the mission I have set for myself and my business is to bridge these gaps and contribute to the success of the global community on a local level.
